Dimensions and Applications

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the College of Science held an event titled “Dimensions and Applications.”
The event and its accompanying exhibition showcased the diverse applications of mathematics and statistics across various fields. Mathematics was highlighted as the foundation of science and technology, while statistics was presented as the cornerstone of data analysis, decision-making, and improving quality and productivity.

The event covered several topics, including space, biological mathematics, actuarial and financial mathematics, fractal geometry, quantum mechanics in daily life, and applications of statistics and data science.

The event witnessed an outstanding turnout from faculty members, university students, and general education school students.
